Invitations: If you need a preliminary conference invitation letter in order to obtain travel funding from an/your institution or secure a visa, please send your request to org@bueaconference.com. (You will be required to pre-register and submit your abstract, if presenting) The conference Airport is located in the port city of Douala  (Booking code:  DLA). All participants are strongly advised to start their visa application and travel reservations early. Free shuttle bus pick-up services will be provided to transport participants from Douala airport to Buea on 10-11 May.  Should anyone need to be picked up, please send an e-mail to the organizers indicating your arrival information.
