April 3, 2009. Dear colleagues: This email is being sent as further update to aid your plans towards participating in the First Buea International Conference on the Mathematical Sciences, holding at the University of Buea, Cameroon from May 12-16, 2009.  1) The conference has received strong and broad interests, with more than 130 registrations, over 90 abstracts submitted and more than 60 requests for travel support. Unfortunately, this means we are unable to accommodate all (including some excellent) submissions! Presently, all abstract acceptance letters and travel support awards have been issued. However, if you did not receive a travel award and/or are not giving a talk, we MAY still cover your local expenses in Buea, Cameroon, between May 11 - 17, 2009. This means that you may need to be responsible only for your airfare. Please inform us of your plans. 2) If your abstract was accepted (we sent you an acceptance letter), please confirm your participation plans no later than April 15th 2009. We are unable to schedule speakers without confirmations. Specifically, promptly email us your travel itinerary to aid our logistic planning and scheduling. 3) The deadline for full paper submissions has been extended to May 1st, 2009. 4) Participants will stay in hotels in the University neighborhood and the Conference will hold on the University of Buea Campus. 5) Please  check conference web site often for updates -there is a new update link-  and travel information.
